Small but Significant Difference

About a week and half into using the patches. I found putting on belly is the most convenient placement, so they don't rub off. The Berberine patch works well at curbing appetite and unnecessary snacking. The unpuff and energy patches work well in making clothes loose and feeling ready to tackle the day. Each pack comes with instructions for safe placement, use, and removal. Will definitely try other varieties from this brand in the future.

Saw results in the first week!

I ordered these patches and started them Jun 1st. By the end of the week my weight was down. By the end of the month, I felt better than I had in years! I was a little skeptical, but now, no way. My new trainer and health monitor are seeing a difference and I can tell there's a difference. Coworkers are seeing a difference and asking how to get the patches.

Really impressed

I don't usually write reviews however I felt I needed to with the berberine patches. I've only been using them for just over a week and already I've noticed the food cravings have gone and when I do eat I'm full really to the point I literally can't eat anymore or feel queasy when i think of eating! I would highly recommend but understand everyone's bodies are different so what might work for might not for the next person.

The pink patch

I'm very pleased with my patches. They do what they're supposed to do. Mine are for weight loss. I've lost 10lb so for. I love how it helps with all the food chatter I used to have. It's safe and I'm 76yrs old so that's important to me. I don't get cravings like I used to either. Love them!

I don’t usually write reviews but I feel like I needed to for these. I’ve been using the Berberine and the Unpuff patches for 3 weeks and already lost 4lbs. I don’t lose weight easily but it’s felt very easy while using these patches

So far so good

I’ve been using these less than a week, and I can genuinely say my cravings aren’t as bad as they usually are. Normally when I am in Work, I will have a mid morning snack. When I come home I am usually snacking before food. With these patches I’m finding that I only need breakfast and dinner, with something light in between. Noticed I have lost a few pounds. My energy levels haven’t really increased but I’m just happy that I’m not thinking about food all the time.

Working for me!

I have been on them for 3 months and have found it easy to stay on plan with my diet. I’ve also been more motivated to workout than ever before! I’m losing weight again at 44 in perimenopause and I do attribute it to these patches, before them I could not get the weight to shift and couldn’t stay on track at all with my calories. Took 1-2 weeks to really kick in but very worth it.

Great Patches and easy to use

I love these patches. I was not sure at first- I have tried so many things to use weight and I did NOT to turn to GLP-1 meds because I am a nurse and I know what they do to your body. But I tried these patches and I have lost 8 pounds already and I feel great!!!

70 yr old grandma

I was on one of the GLP ones tried so hard to lose weight. The side effects were so horrible then I found these patches and I’ve been on the berberine patch in 10 weeks. I lost 1 pound on the GLP but it was horrible not gonna get into it but didn’t work for me. Tried to patch. I’m down 5 pounds in 10 days and I couldn’t be happier. I love it. I remember to put it on my stomach every day and I can’t wait to try more. I am so happy about this. I can’t even believe it it just curves my appetite to not hear the food noise that that you get or to sit and wanna eat chips at night I don’t have those feelings anymore. Those cravings are gone. Absolutely fantastic!!

It may be too early to say this; it could be a fluke or "placebo effect," but after only the second day of wearing the berberine patches, my appetite has reduced significantly. I've had no cravings or food noise. Considering it's the week before my period and I was eating everything in sight, I'm very impressed with this outcome. I will continue to use these patches, and hopefully, the weight will come off in time!

One week in and the food noise is GONE

This happened so much faster than expected, but I was in a cafe yesterday and all I ordered was a coffee. It is always coffee and cake (this particular cafe has amazingly huge slices of homemade cake) and although I could have eaten one, I didn't want to. I wasn't fussed and I didn't feel like I was losing out. As I approach perimenopause it will be interesting to see if this helps shift a few pounds. Very pleasantly surprised and no side effects as of yet!

These patches work. I was very skeptical to try but let me tell you, I have been using these for three weeks and the difference in food noise is incredible. You will need to be patient I think but they have completely stopped the food noise, no more snacking, it just doesn't happen. I have to date lost 9 pounds, they are so easy to use. Just pop one on and go about your day. 8 hours later remove, couldn't be simpler. Highly recommend to anyone thinking twice, just bite the bullet and order.

Honest Review - Let’s Get Real

I never write reviews. A little background about myself is I am constantly exhausted, sleeping, super low energy and SO VERY bloated (pictures attached). My job is an on call only job so working odd hours does not help out… TMI but if I can help someone else with this info it’s worth it. I was about to go see a gastroenterologist because constipation was such an issue for me. I could usually only go to the bathroom maybe once every 4 days. . sometimes once a WEEK. The pain and bloat was HORRIBLE. I came across these patches and decided to give them a try. I purposely am trying to live the same way as before because I didn’t want to have a placebo effect. My what would have been my regular 4 hour naps turned into 1 hour & im going to the bathroom nearly EVERY day now. I also simply just feel more alive and have more energy. I’m not constantly waiting for the next time I can get into bed. I am fully awake, wanting to go outside and do things. ALSO, intestines can’t operate on a placebo effect right ??so I KNOW this is helping me. I have only been using the patches for 2 weeks so far. To say this has helped me is an absolute understatement. If you have digestive problems, you know how frustrating and hopeless it can feel. Truthfully, I am shocked at the effect of these so far. As far as weight loss, I haven’t lost any weight so far but that’s okay bc simply by just not being bloated surely makes me feel like I have. If you’re in my boat I would seriously give these a try. Just to note: my skin was getting little irritated when I just pulled them off so I started using a makeup wipe and it has been much better. These keep popping up on my FB feed, so I gave in and bought some. I fully expected them to be a fad but they actually seem to curb my appetite and food cravings. Easy to use

These patches are an easy way to get an extra support for your daily routine while on your weight loss journey. I purchased a one month pack of them to try and liked them. The adhesive is not over strong that it leaves a residue on your skin and they are easy to remove. You hardly know you are wearing it at all. They help with appetite suppression and make it an easy reminder that you are not doing just an average diet plan.

The patches work great, there’s notable reduction in food noise whenever I use them. They also don’t cause a reaction on my skin that other vitamin patches have caused. Great price for great weight loss

I started using these in Feb 2025 after having a long stall on my weight loss journey. Over the past year I have lost 2 stone.
